We are passionate about making amazing small batch ice cream using all natural ingredients. We don't use 'flavoring' we use real ingredients like peaches, blackberries, blue berries and straw berries. And best of all, our ice-cream is made using Sheep's milk, the easiest to digest, creamiest milk you can buy.
Our family owned creamery is located on the eastern edge of the Ozark Highlands, about 40 miles west of Cape Girardeau Missouri. The creamery is located on the Mesta Meadows Ranch, a family owned ranch producing farm to table products (including sheep's milk, beef, lamb, pork, and chicken), Merino Wool, and Scottish Highland Cattle breeding stock.
Because of all the amazing health benefits associated with sheep's milk, we think sheep’s milk is the best way to make ice cream! And this is what we use to make our sheep’s milk ice cream.
